Seeds — a Parisian
culinary studio

Seeds is a Parisian culinary studio where food becomes a medium. Each project is conceived as an artistic gesture – a dinner, a collaboration, a table designed from scratch. Seasonal ingredients, sculptural details, vintage tableware, edible works of art. Seeds works alongside artists, architects and maisons, to create experiences that linger long after the last course.

The Ingredients
The Ingredients

Chosen with
intention

Every ingredient at Seeds tells a story. Yonith sources exclusively from French and Italian producers – farmers, millers, growers – selected for their commitment to quality and their relationship to the land. The flours, the oils, the vegetables: nothing is left to chance. Many preparations begin weeks in advance – fermented, preserved, matured, slowly transformed into something deeper. This is not a detail. It is the foundation.

À propos

Yonith
Benhamou

Yonith began her career in fashion, where she developed a deep attachment to color, texture, and the art of composition. It was after this first life in fashion that she left for Jerusalem to study history, before returning to Paris to pursue a Ph.D at the EHESS – years that sharpened her eye, her curiosity, and her sense of the world.

At Seeds, these different worlds converge on the table. Desserts hold a particular place in her work: they are where her creativity finds its freest expression – delicate, precise, and almost always rooted in a childhood memory.
